We do a 5 point check before we allow anyone onto our panel which has led in many cases to companies not being allowed to join if they haven’t been able to demonstrate excellence in customer service and a focus on you and your move.

The 5 point check

1) The company is a legitimate company with all the relevant accreditation in place

Every company that wants to be on our site has to be a member of the Law Society.  They must the correct accreditation for each of the lawyers that will deal with your case. Anyone who signs off your file will be a practising solicitor registered with the Law Society.  We will also check companies house to make sure they are a legitimate trading company.

2) They have insurance in place

If anything goes wrong with the title of your property and your solicitor is liable they must have insurance in place to make sure that any liabilities that may arise from your case is covered.

3) They must have at least a 4 star rating on legitimate rating sites

There are hundreds of websites out there saying that they check for the quality of solicitors. We cut through the noise and check the websites we know have to have legitimate reviews from actual customers and display these to you in the listings. By doing this we make sure that each of the

4) We only use specialist Conveyancers

We believe that although there is nothing wrong with having a multi channel solicitors office for a transaction of this size you must have a specialised conveyancing department. This ensures that with the ever changing legislation to UK housing law you always have an expert in house.

5) They provide you with a point of contact

Each of our solicitors have a named point of contact who will become your account manager to deal with your case. There is nothing more annoying than unanswered phone calls and emails when you are trying to find out whats happening with your case.
